Swimming in the Buff

The other day we were all playing in the backyard and Emily REALLY wanted to go in the pool. Well- come on it's March we are not going swimming. It is freezing. No matter how much we told her no, or tried to distract her, so kept wanting to get in. So, to prove to her she didn't want to go in we stripped her down and let her play on the steps. She actually stood on the top steps for a few minutes but had the most fun kicking and splashing. 

Well the plan WORKED. After only a few minutes Emily was completely over the pool. She wasn't done playing "free-style" though, so we let her run around for a while. Baby's will be baby's and wow- they are fun!
